How our guides and comparison pages are researched, written and reviewed.
Who writes and reviews our content
Our guides are written and reviewed by the Food-Ordering.com product team, which sits within Naxtech. The team includes people who have configured ordering systems for restaurants, integrated printers and POS systems, and supported operators migrating from marketplaces. Content is reviewed against the actual product capabilities and current vendor pricing.
How we research
- Primary sources. Vendor pricing pages, published feature documentation and government or regulator guidance (UK FSA allergen guidance, Google Business Profile documentation).
- Product documentation. Internal capability documentation and configuration guides for Food-Ordering.com.
- Third-party verification. Where a vendor does not publish pricing, we label the figure as reported or indicative and link to the source.
- Operational evidence. Where possible, we test configurations ourselves (printer routing, delivery zones, migration steps) and describe what was tested.
How we review and update
- Every comparison page carries a review date.
- Pricing is checked against each vendor's current pricing page.
- Where a price has changed since the last review, the page is updated and the review date is changed.
- Pages that rely on third-party or quote-based pricing are flagged so readers know to verify before purchase.
Corrections
If you find an error in a guide or comparison, please contact us with the page URL and the specific correction. Confirmed corrections are made and the review date is updated.
