Who uses the white-label tier?
- POS / ePOS vendors — adding an ordering module to their existing till system product without building one
- Hospitality technology companies — bundling ordering into a broader platform offering
- IT resellers and integrators — supplying ordering systems to restaurant and hospitality clients as part of a managed IT package
- Delivery aggregator alternatives — building a commission-free ordering portal for a local market or region
- Franchise and chain operators — requiring a single-platform, multi-brand or multi-outlet system with central control
Frequently asked questions
What is included in the white-label OEM licence?
Full platform rebranded under your name and domain, source code access under a commercial licence, right to resell to your clients, priority support, and a bespoke development scoping session. Pricing from £15,000 depending on scope, volume, and exclusivity requirements.
How does the referral programme work?
You earn 30% of the licence value for any client you introduce, including their subsequent purchases. No cap. Open to anyone — no formal reseller status required. Payment on completion of the referred client's purchase.
Is source code access available?
Yes, under an appropriate commercial licence — typically part of OEM and enterprise tier arrangements. Access allows workflow modification, new feature development, and proprietary system integration. Redistribution rights depend on the specific licence agreement terms.
What is the minimum entry point for a chain operator?
Single-store licence (£3,500) covers one branch. Multi-site operators receive custom pricing — significantly more cost-effective per site. Contact us for a chain quote.
