Who the OEM programme is designed for
Web agencies and digital studios
Agencies that build websites for restaurant clients can extend their service offering with a licensed ordering system. Rather than recommending a third-party SaaS product (and losing the client relationship), you provide the ordering platform as your own branded product, with your own support wrapper, at your own pricing.
EPOS manufacturers and hospitality technology companies
If you manufacture or resell EPOS hardware or hospitality technology, adding an ordering module to your product set is a natural extension. The Food-Ordering.com platform integrates with a wide range of EPOS systems and can be sold as a complementary module to your existing customers.
Enterprise restaurant groups
Multi-site operators that want their ordering platform to be entirely under their own brand — no third-party attribution in URLs, menus, or receipts — use the OEM licence. The platform is deployed entirely as "your" product.
International technology distributors
The platform is available for white-label distribution in markets outside the UK. If you are a technology distributor in a target market, the OEM licence lets you market and sell the platform under your own brand with appropriate localisation.

Building a recurring revenue model
Under a reseller or OEM arrangement, partners typically build their business on one of two revenue models:
- Per-deployment fee: Charge each restaurant client a one-off licence fee (e.g. £2,000–£5,000) plus a monthly hosting and support fee (£30–£100/month). Recurring hosting/support revenue compounds as you add more clients.
- Monthly subscription: Price the product to restaurant clients as a monthly subscription (e.g. £50–£150/month) — a SaaS model on top of your owned licence. Higher MRR per client, lower upfront cash.
At 20 restaurant clients each paying £75/month, that is £1,500/month recurring from a product you own. At 50 clients: £3,750/month.
Frequently asked questions
What technology stack does the platform use?
Classic ASP (VBScript) running on IIS / Windows Server. Standard SQL Server or Microsoft Access database. The platform is self-contained and does not require cloud infrastructure — it can run on any Windows Server environment, including on-premises.
Can I change the domain name and URL structure?
Yes. Under the OEM licence, the platform is entirely yours to deploy on any domain. You can rename all interfaces, URLs, menu paths, and system labels.
Is there an exclusivity option?
Geographic or sector exclusivity can be negotiated under OEM arrangements at a separately agreed price. Contact us to discuss your requirements.
